Cancellation Policy
Please be respectful of our spa professionals' time. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. A credit card number is required at the time of booking and will be charged 25% of the service price for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and will be charged the full service amount for no shows.
Punctuality
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any forms necessary for your service. If you arrive late, we may have to shorten your service or reschedule it, so our other clients are not kept waiting.
CellPhones/Pagers/Children
Please assist us in maintaining our relaxing environment by leaving your cell phones and pagers turned off or at home. Also, for the safety of your children, please do not bring them to salon or spa appointments.
About your Spa Visit
Robes, towels and slippers are available, and a garment bag is provided for your belongings. Please refrain from wearing jewelry to your spa appointment, as it may get damaged or lost. If receiving a pedicure, please bring your own flip flops and wear comfortable clothing.
